RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Non Perishables

We do our best to make sure our community is happy and aware of the goods they are receiving. With full understanding, we will complete refunds for all non perishable goods, within 14 days of purchase. The items must be in its original packaging. A shipping label will be sent to you and once the package is received we will complete the refunding process.

Perishable goods

Please make sure you are happy with all products in your basket as once your order has been dispatched we do not offer refunds as most items sold on our website are perishable foods.
